1. Let it Go
From my past life, what I have learned is holding on always hurt. Holding on makes us weak and force us to feel sad. So, it is better to let it go.

2. Distract Yourself
When I can’t find any solution to a problem which is making me sad, I divert my mind. When there is something which you can’t control and even not able to forget, you can simply divert your mind to another direction.

But it takes many years to control ours mindfully. So here is a trick for it. Instead of taking control of it, let it go but give it the right direction.
3. Learn how to ignore
This world is full of crap peoples whose only aim is to make someone sad and feel negative about him. So, how you should react to them?
Ignore them and follow your dreams.
You must learn how you can ignore everybody and just focus on your goals in your life to be happy and to become successful.
4. Speak Less
When we feel sad, we start looking for someone who will listen to ourselves and give us some solution. But this is what we do wrong.
When you feel sad instead of looking for someone to spend time with yourself. This is what I have seen in my past life that when I tell peoples about my problems this makes me sadder. Why?
Because by telling other we memorize that thing again and again which make it more difficult to forget that.

5. Enjoy Your Own Company
We think that we are sad just because we are alone, so we try to find a partner. But is this a solution to get rid of our sadness?
No! the truth is that “If you can’t be happy with yourself, you’ll never be happy with someone else.” –Manish Kumar
So, instead of looking up for a partner for your happiness, enjoy your own company and be happy with yourself first.
6. Stop Overthinking
I kept talking about overthinking again and again because this is the thing which always drags us down and demotivates us from doing something productive.
Keep your life simple. Do whatever you want to do, go where you want to go, but always keep in mind that don’t overthink about a small thing.

Why many people are sad today, because they expect more than they work. and as per my experience “Expectations always hurts.”
I have made a simple rule in my life which you can try too, i.e. “Fewer expectations, more work.”
