We live in an era where there is tension, stress & anger is everywhere. But there comes the most dangerous thing. A thing which can ruin everything. What is that?
Overthinking is the art of creating problems on your own. Creating problems that aren’t even there. Overthinking means to think negatively about a single problem or work and create many more problems illusions in our mind.
Overthinking means, to think about a problem over and over, again and again negatively.
Did you know that half of our problems are just created by our own mind, by our own thoughts! Those problems aren’t even there! Those are just an illusion of our mind, of our thoughts.

Now you know what the hell is this overthinking thing. Let’s take a step further and talk about how can we stop overthinking. How can we stop being an overthinker!
I will tell my 6 secrets (that are not secrets anymore J) that have helped me to stop being an overthinker.
6 Secrets to Stop Being an Overthinker:
1. Know the difference between the reality and illusion
As I said above, half of our problems are just illusions, they aren’t even present there. We created them on our own. So, it is very important that you must know the difference between reality and illusion.

2. Instead of thinking, start working
The title says itself. Instead of thinking about work or problems, just take actions. If you think about work or problem without doing anything or taking any action, you just can’t get anywhere. You can’t stop being an overthinker.
What does an overthinker do?
Instead of working, instead of taking actions, he just thinks. Thinks a lot. And that’s the reason how he made problems that aren’t even there.
3. Empty your mind
You can’t just stop overthinking if you keep putting thoughts into your mind, keep thinking about small things. You must have to empty your mind.
And how can you empty your mind?
Just by some simple exercises and actions:
1. Do Meditation. People usually take meditation as waste, but believe me, it is worth living for a happy and peaceful life.
2. Give yourself a routine. Make a proper schedule and work per it. It helps to reduce stress in life.
4. Realize that you can’t control everything
One of the major reason why we overthink about a thing is that we want to control that, we want to make that to work according to us.
But this is what we do wrong. In this world, you can’t just control everything. You should have to realize it.

5. Don’t get lost in your fear
It is very often normal when an overthinker get lost in his own imaginative fear. Fears which he has made himself by just thinking about a thing again and again.
So, this is what you should have to overcome. You should overcome your fear. Realize the truth that, those fears are just imaginative, they are just in your mind.
The best way to overcome your fear is to face that.
You should face your overcome, but don’t like a coward, like a brave man with confidence.
6. Distract your mind

It is very common that, if we stuck on a problem or a work we keep thinking about it over and over and because of that one problem we create many more problems.
So, to stop being like other, you just should have to do a simple trick. Whenever you stuck in a situation like I, just distract your mind to another direction, so that your mind will stop making problems that aren’t actually there.
Distract your mind in a way, that you achieve your goal.
